The Price of Healthcare is a Major Stressor

Almost 70% of Americans Say This is a Major Stressor

According to the American Psychological Association, two=thirds of Americans across all income levels say health insurance is a significant financial stressor.

This is too high, especially during this “sick” season. Several years back I was on a high deductible health plan that cost me $1200 dollars a month to cover my family of six (2 adults, and 4 children). So that translates to $1200 dollars for 12 months, and a $4000 dollar deducible for a total of $18,400 dollars a year before I received any benefit from that insurance plan. So every ER or urgent care visit was out of pocket….

So, I made the switch, canceled by health insurance, and placed all of my family on AmarilloMD’s membership and that saved my family $14,560 dollars a year, and to top that we actually got the care we needed.

To all the parents who are stressed right now, about providing healthcare for your families, we are here for you. AmarilloMD is not a good fit for every family, but if you are stressed about the cost of having healthcare, we might be able to help. Let’s have a conversation, and see if AmarilloMD is the right fit for you and your family.
